Our client is an international company group employing more than 40.000 people worldwide. Globally the group is supplying components for several industries and operating manufacturing plants in Europe, Asia and America. Currently they are seeking a new employee for their global internal audit team.

• Being in charge of internal audit on company group level: auditing subsidiaries worldwide
• Conducting audits on business processes in order to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness
• Identifying opportunities for improving business processes, enhancing revenue, reducing costs or improving internal controls
• Ensuring integrity and reliability of the controls
• Working out suggestions for improvement and supervising implementations
• Preparing evaluation reports
• Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit (HQ)

• Degree in Business Studies
• 3-5 years relevant experience in internal audit gained in international working environment
• Very good English skills both verbal and written
• Computer literacy: MS Office applications, ERP
• Understanding of internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes/areas/functions
• Experience in controlling is a plus
• Ability to work both independently as well as in teams.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and prioritize in order to successfully meet deadlines
• Determined person with strong communication skills
• Analytical mind
• Willingness to travel (employed by the Hungarian subsidiary but the job requires frequent travelling worldwide)
